TRG is supporting the exciting remodel of Plank’s Tavern at The Inn at Harbor Shores in St. Joseph, a project that reimagines the restaurant’s main floor to create a more welcoming, cohesive dining and social experience. The renovation expands the bar area, removes interior walls to open up the space, adds new fireplaces, furnishings, and finishes throughout, and enhances the tavern’s atmosphere to better reflect its waterfront identity and community appeal.

During construction, dining services will temporarily move to the second floor with a special pop-up speakeasy/lounge concept to keep guests engaged throughout the renovation period, which is expected to strengthen the venue’s role as a premier dining destination in the region.
