Our Leadership in Development
Peter Rienks
Founder & President
Peter Rienks began his journey in development in 2016, casually investing in residential and commercial real estate while working full time in other industries. Over time, his passion and vision grew into a career devoted to reshaping the way we think about real estate. In addition to his investment work, Peter’s background includes utility-scale energy projects, where he was responsible for everything from sourcing deals and tracking incentives to managing design, negotiating contracts, raising capital, and overseeing projects. With a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame, Peter brings both design expertise and business acumen to TRG’s development efforts.
Terry Malloy
Director | Business Development
Terry Malloy joined TRG in 2023 to source, analyze, and execute development deals. Previously, he was a Real Estate Financial Analyst at High Real Estate Group in Lancaster, PA, where he built and managed financial models to support acquisitions for High’s $1.4B portfolio. Before that, Terry served as a Development Manager for Washington, DC’s Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development, where he standardized negotiation processes. He also led business and product development at a SaaS startup and gained venture capital experience with Lavrock Ventures while in business school. Terry earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 2018, equipping him with a strong foundation in finance and strategy that drives TRG’s development success.
