Peter Rienks began his journey in development in 2016, investing in a diverse range of residential and commercial properties while working full time in other industries. Over time, his passion and vision grew into a career focused on creating high-performing assets across a variety of sectors, including retail, congregational, office, coffee shops, and vacation rentals. Peter’s background also includes developing utility-scale energy projects, where he managed deal sourcing, incentives, design, contracts, capital raising, and project oversight. With a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame, Peter combines design expertise and business acumen to deliver impactful, large-scale developments.

Founder & President

Terry Malloy joined TRG in 2023 to source, analyze, and execute development deals. Previously, he was a Real Estate Financial Analyst at High Real Estate Group in Lancaster, PA, where he built and managed financial models to support acquisitions for High’s $1.4B portfolio. Before that, Terry served as a Development Manager for Washington, DC’s Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development. He also led business and product development at a SaaS startup and gained venture capital experience with Lavrock Ventures while in business school. Terry earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 2018, equipping him with a strong foundation in finance and strategy that drives TRG’s development success.
