Pre-construction planning, full-lifecycle project execution, budget and schedule management, capital improvements, and multifamily construction.

Max oversees projects from pre-construction handoffs through final closeout, coordinating all aspects of execution to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Purdue University.
