Dave is a veteran construction executive who served as co-owner of Shamrock Development Inc. from 1987 to 2017, directing new builds and major renovations across 40 states for high-profile clients including Wal-Mart, Pilot Travel Centers, and leading national restaurant chains like McDonald's, IHOP, and Red Lobster. His deep technical foundation includes a four-year carpentry apprenticeship through Lake Michigan College, specialized military training as a U.S. Army Combat Engineer, heavy equipment operation, and commercial diving certifications.
